All payments made for our online classes, courses, and services are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, whether partially or in full.

2. Course Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If we cancel a course or session, you will be notified, and we will make efforts to reschedule it.

• If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please contact us at kingdomchessacademy24@gmail.com to discuss possible rescheduling. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
